That’s not just trauma, that’s a lifelong tax on your body and your bank account that the rapist will never pay. We always talk about justice for the perpetrator but almost never about how victims keep paying the bill for decades in therapy, medical bills, lost time, and missed opportunities.

When I say being raped is expensive, I mean this: I was drugged and assaulted in a frat house at 18 shortly before I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had awful PTSD; I couldn’t stomach the idea of being under anesthesia (or even OTC drugs like melatonin or NyQuil).

IMO, Survivor’s Mount Rushmore has NEVER been about gameplay. It’s the faces of the franchise, the people who become synonymous with the show. I think it might be time to put Cirie in here and either replace Tony or Sandra.

The term “Survivor Mount Rushmore” has been growing in popularity, with the four players commonly being… Tony, Parvati, Sandra, and Boston Rob. Do you agree with this top 4? Who should be there instead? Say why in the comments⬇️ #Survivor

Hi, some personal news - I’m changing job. I recently asked myself the question: what’s the most exciting and promising company in the world right now? The answer I believe is OpenAI. So it’s a privilege to be going to work for OpenAI as managing director and head of OpenAI for countries, based here in London. In my conversations with Sam Altman, Brad Lightcap, and other senior colleagues, it’s clear they are exceptionally impressive leaders and that they care very deeply about their mission to ensure the power of artificial intelligence is developed responsibly, and the benefits are felt by all. That’s exactly what the OpenAI for Countries initiative intends to achieve, helping societies around the world share the opportunity this powerful technology brings. Am honorored to join the team.

Little thug who just pushed through the barriers without paying. I am sick of asking @TfL staff to so much as *ask* them to pay. They never bother. Each and everyone should be publicly humiliated.

George’s Classic Hollywood(GP)
Bette Davis was nominated for an Oscar for her role in What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? Her co-star, Joan Crawford, was not nominated herself. However, Crawford accepted Anne Bancroft’s Oscar on her behalf after Bancroft beat Davis in the Best Actress category. This moment became one of the most famous episodes in the legendary feud between the two iconic actresses.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 30 in the UK. As the latest victim of cancel culture, let me reassure you that #BeKind style initiatives will never mend my mental woes in times like this. What would reassure me is the prospect of being allowed to be a man again and speak my views without fear of cancellation. •Eradicate the idea of toxic masculinity. •Recover freedom of speech, please or offend. •Prevent social conditioning that amplifies the feminisation of society. Once these 3 goals are accomplished, watch young men's suicide rates drop like a lead balloon. Trust me.
