@Apex_willye They should have killed Utopian early on like in the comics! There is no hook and the show drags on they never kill him and that's why it failed. You hook the fans and then give back story. Look at how they did Invincible. Omni Man kills the Guardians in the first episode.

@BaramosGonus It was a bad adaptation of the comics. Take Invincible, in the comic it takes 7 issues for Omni Man to kill The guardians. The comic didn't sell well. But in the show he kills them in Episode 1 and you are hooked. See in the Jupiter comics Utopian is killed in issue 3 understand!

Superman feels like a comic book brought to life. James Gunn embraced the Silver Age aesthetic with all the colors, the fantasy, the weirdness and the surrealism in order to adapt Superman as he's always been without being ashamed of that. This is how DC must be.
