@SamuelHulick A/B tests are rarely the answer. They are usually just an expensive way to disagree, and create more work than solve questions. They work better in high traffic, tight funnel situations, like e-commerce, where there are fewer variables to control and more to test with.

Thinking about A/B tests and wondering how effective they really are. Any of y'all got stories about split test results that led to a major change in your strategy?

@lehtimaeki @Plugsurfing Hey, thanks for the feedback. Many valid points. At Plugsurfing we do care a lot about the EV driver experience. Our whole mission is about making EV charging easy. At the same time, we're also just human beings, dealing with constraints, making tradeoffs.

Feedback can be given with love and kindness, or with arrogance and disrespect. It's a choice that doesn't impact the validity or urgency of the feedback, but does impact a lot the credibility and humanity of the feedback giver.

I'm yet to meet someone who says "I'm so glad I have the option to disable cookies on every individual website I visit on the internet."

ie they have taken a PHEV as a company lease car to get the tax benefits, but never charged it once… Sad!

I heard a story recently that some incredible number of PHEVs are being returned to leasing companies at the end of a lease with the charging cable still in the original packaging…

If you're considering getting a plug-in hybrid vehicle because it's cleaner or greener, remember this: Unless you are actually able to charge it every day, what you have is essentially a heavier than normal ICE car with a smaller petrol tank and worse fuel economy.

@justinkan I understand it's difficult to asses ones skills and especially difficult to assess ones missing skills. But I have never had imposter syndrome. Can someone give some easy to empathize examples of the syndrome for me to try to feel it?
