Ukrainian cruise missiles “Flamingo” carried out a powerful, large-scale strike on Moscow. For the first time during the entire war, the Russian capital’s air defense system completely failed. Our missiles penetrated all layers of protection — S-400, S-500, Pantsir systems, and even air cover — and struck strategic targets in central Moscow. Thick black smoke is rising over the city. Powerful secondary explosions can be heard in the center. Fires are visible even from satellites. Moscow residents are in panic: roads are completely paralyzed, the metro has stopped, and people are trying en masse to leave the city. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have found an effective way to carry out mass strikes on Russia’s capital. The new-generation “Flamingo” missiles, with improved guidance systems and reduced visibility, were able to break through Moscow’s multi-layered defense. This means that no facility deep inside Russia can now be considered fully protected.

Stubb: Ukraine is killing 30–35k Russians a month; Russia can’t replace losses. About 95% of kills are by drones. Ukraine is retaking ground and in March launched more drones/missiles at Russia than vice versa. This isn’t charity anymore — the West needs Ukraine’s know-how. 1/

Putting aside the divide between Restore and Reform supporters, what Rupert Lowe is saying in this clip from an interview with Emily Maitlis is absolutely spot on. Maitlis usually has plenty of room to land subtle digs at those she’s interviewing, but here you could argue she hit a wall. “You don’t have illegal migrants living next to you, Emily, because you live in a part of the country that probably doesn’t have them.” Precisely 💯

As Trump’s team are finding, Iranian officials are hard to negotiate with. Just when you think you’ve nailed them down, they twist and turn and you’ve got nothing. Professional US negotiators have found them hard to deal with. The current US team is finding it a lot harder.

🇮🇷 An unspeakable atrocity has just come to light. The whole world needs to know what is happening under these internet blackouts. During the January massacre, IRGC demons shot and murdered Saleheh Akbari in front of her husband Ahmad Khodaei, inside their home. Saleheh was a nurse, and had offered to help injured Iranians fleeing Basiji thugs. For this, their door was kicked down, and she was killed in front of her husband and 8 year old daughter after stepping in to protect him as he was being beaten up. And from there, the nightmare only got worse. They confiscated and raped her dead body at the morgue, taking pictures of what they were doing to her. Then they sent the images to her mortified husband, using her own lifeless hand to unlock her phone and call him. After this, the regime subjected Ahmad to months of endless torment, threatening him to keep his mouth shut and even arresting him for visiting his wife's grave. Ahmad took his daughter to her grandparents, because she kept asking for her mom and it broke him inside. The regime began fabricating crimes against him and were planning to torture him for the rest of time. They refused to even let him grieve in peace. The pain became too much to bear, and Ahmad has according to reports taken his own life, after announcing his intentions. It has been 47 years of these barbaric atrocities happening every single day. This is Iran under islamic occupation. It was never about a nuclear deal or sanctions.

Student loan debt in Britain: 1990: 1 billion 2025: 290 billion 290 BILLION! And most will never be repaid. What have we got in return for this astonishing sum of money? Doctors trained in Nigeria, and semi-literate graduates on the poverty line. Meanwhile, OAPs have to choose between eat or heat. 290 BILLION! Britain is a tragic joke.

Do statins cause sarcopenia? Loss of muscle? Diabetes? Dementia? In fact, in the largest data sets, statins not only don't cause these issues, but actually improve them. Statins have shown a 22% reduction in dementia and a 32% reduction in Alzheimer's. In 3% of pre-diabetic or

This isn’t a study—it’s a survey of like-minded people presented as science. When your “evidence” collapses under basic epidemiology, the problem isn’t medicine—it’s your standards.
