Mark Kelly says that although Donald Trump is targeting drug dealers and fentanyl smugglers, it’s most likely headed to Europe so it’s okay. Mark knows that fentanyl remains the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18 to 45.  Mark doesn’t care.
