it’s officially in motion. Anton #Frondell is currently traveling to join the Chicago Blackhawksfor his NHL debut. The move was triggered this past Saturday when his SHL team, Djurgårdens IF, was eliminated from the playoffs by Malmö. Since he already signed his three-year entry-level contract last summer, he is eligible to play as soon as he arrives in Chicago Blackhawks coach Blashill confirmed on Sunday that Frondell is en route from Sweden. He could debut as early as Tuesday against the New York Islanders.

 He could start on the wing alongside Connor Bedard. The team wants to test that "lethal pairing" immediately to see if he’s the long-term answer for Bedard's top line.
