What happened to Bobcat as a company? Everyone I know who runs a grading/tree/mulch/etc company runs Cat, Kubota, Deere, or Tak. I don’t know a single one with bobcat anymore

@LMcLachlan60 @gavin_spoor That would be great to try. Pheasant is by far our favourite game, easy to clean and tastes great, ducks close second. Goose is inedible, anyone who hunts goose just likes killing things.

@willmartgrain @gavin_spoor We grind most of the venison with 25% beef trim. The old bucks get made into pepperetts and summer sausage. It’s actually not that bad. Hate to say how many I have shot in my lifetime

Meal prep makes life easy. Grab and go Wish beef would get cheaper. Love me some 80/20 hamburger, but have started rotating a lot more turkey, pork, and chicken into the feed ration.

@LMcLachlan60 @gavin_spoor I agree, we get a few hundred pounds of venison every year from our neighbour. It’s a learning curve to cooking with it, it’s super healthy, tastes good, but it’s definitely not the calibre of enjoyment a nice marbled steak is.

Called a shop to get my spark plugs changed, they want $500+ plus recommended fuel system cleaning for $140. Cost $15 a plug and needs 6 plugs. You’re telling me changing spark plugs is $400+ in labor? GTFOH These places are really getting over on people today!

Absolute nonsense. Backing into parking spots is 🐐. The back in is superior in safety, efficiency and has the added benefit of enraging people who cannot comprehend others doing something different than them. Physics: You put your pivot at the back of the vehicle, literally making it easier to direct the vehicle. Pulling in puts your steering ability in first and limits correction. Guidance: It's far easier to see where you're going with a camera telling you how to align / where to stop. Data: All traffic data from NSA and AAA showcase that backing out into traffic / pedestrians is worse than backing into a space.
