How an international #organ #trafficking network spanning from a hospital in #Kenya, to a shadowy agency attracting organ recipients from Germany, Israel and other countries – exploits the vulnerable on both sides – the poor, desperate for cash and the sick, hoping for a life-saving organ.
We traced the paths of organ sellers and recipients, analyzed internal documents, spoke with whistleblowers, investigators, medical professionals.
