My God. Scott Galloway on uncensored leaves Piers Morgan speechless as he brutally ends the career of Elon musk in just a few sentences that perfectly encapsulates everything wrong with the Tesla personality and his ride or die supporters on social media

I do not say this lightly or in jest: The Southern Baptist Convention in general, and the CBMW in particular, are tools of Satan. They seek only their own glory. They trample underfoot the Son of God, and profane the blood of the covenant by which they were sanctified.

I just finished the memoir of Alexei Navalny called “Patriot”. Though he died in a Russian prison, this book taught me so much about what it means to have true conviction in the face of profound hardship and evil. I highly recommend the book. I wanted to share the last paragraph of his memoir, written not long before he was killed. It’s such a beautiful and hope-filled quote from someone living out Jesus in the most horrid of circumstances: “I have always thought, and said openly, that being a believer makes it easier to live your life and, to an even greater extent, engage in opposition politics…[you must ask] are you a disciple of the religion whose founder sacrificed himself for others, paying the price for their sins? Do you believe in the immortality of the soul and the rest of that cool stuff? If you can honestly answer yes, what is left for you to worry about?… My job is to seek the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and leave it to good old Jesus and the rest of his family to deal with everything else. They won’t let me down and will sort out all my headaches. As they say in prison here: they will take my punches for me.” I wish we would have met.

"Whenever Christians ask ourselves what God wants, our first instinct should be to point to Jesus. He is what God wants: his way of being, his way of loving, his way of becoming neighbor to any and all. According to Jesus, God doesn’t want people to want to be first—if they do, God is going to send them to the back of the line. According to Jesus, God doesn’t want people to welcome strife and division into their lives, nor does he want them to pass by helpless victims they stumble by on the side of the road. According to Jesus, God wants this world to be the kind of place he knows it can be, the kind of place he created it to be: a place where justice rushes down like waters, where enemies are loved, where orphans and widows are welcomed and taken care of by the powerful, where people pursue peace, where actions are informed by compassion." christiancentury.org/features/does-…

BREAKING NEWS: Republican Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas has split with his party to admonish the reckless and illegal shutdown on USAID: Moran says the aggressive change at the USAID office shut down left $340 million in lifesaving food grown in the United States sitting at domestic ports, waiting to be delivered to various destinations where people are STARVING. "Time is running out before this lifesaving aid perishes," Moran said. "Food stability is essential to political stability, and our food aid programs help feed the hungry, bolster our national security and provide an important market for our farmers, especially when commodity prices are low." This is not a democratic vs. republican issue. This is a humanitarian issue! Thank you Senator Moran for speaking out!

This is a contemptible betrayal of people who sacrificed their safety and security for American aims in Afghanistan. Evil.

@ChristaBrown777 @wartwatch Those who thought you had a Jezebel spirit just mispronounced “Jael.” 🤣 Also, please don’t exorcise it! Can we bottle it somehow and pass it around? 😍😜💥😬

@wartwatch 😂 Yeah, I've been called a Jezebel so often that I'm kinda wondering if a "Jezebel spirit" haunts my house. And if so... would I need to get these people to do an exorcism on the walls in my house before I try to sell it??? 😂

This sure gives off a cult-like vibe, doesn't it? And "Jezebel" spirit? Ugh. Blaming "Jezebel" is like some kind of sick addiction for white evangelicals.

At the Texas Capitol, Christian worshippers are blessing the walls of a hearing room to protect lawmakers from spiritual forces and the “Jezebel” spirit. “Pray for the fear of the Lord to come into this place,” says MercyCulture pastor Landon Schott.

Caregiving is difficult work. The work of God moves into the lives of the diseased and dying, the afflicted, the brokenhearted, the mourning, and the captive. But we prefer moving into health, wholeness, joy, and freedom.

Verbal power is a tremendous power. People who have a command of words, or are articulate, can dominate a conversation, a room, a relationship, a group, or a nation. Words can be used to influence, shape, and encourage or to humiliate, deceive, maneuver and control.

We're going to have to battle this kind of nonsense for 4 years. The overwhelming majority of immigrants are very good and honest people. I've known many over the years with incredible stories about how they came here. We must pray on their behalf. cnn.com/2024/11/26/pol…
