just had my omad and i was full before i finished the plate!! this is big for me bc ive struggled w binge eating and hunger cues for yearsss

@wonbkg idrc abt my boobs bc they’ve never been anything to call home about but the fat BETTER stay in my ass. but i’ve lost the weight before and i know my butt gets smaller :(

am i the only one not opposed to losing my boobs or butt

genuinely convinced adhd is what led to bed in middle school

when i go all day without eating and without having severe food noise i do indeed feel like i am the best ana! thanks adderall for helping me lock in mentally and physically 🤗 adhd finds new ways to ruin my life all the time

if i don’t lose 40 lbs by june im going to kill myself

i’m out of the 170s!!!! i almost cried happy tears stepping on the scale bc im making progress thank god. i think i can be out of the 160s by the end of april!!

coworker bought me a soda during my shift :( only had a few sips and felt so bad i didn’t drink it all

can we talk about how much i want to die over gaining this weight back? i worked my ass off and lost the weight, made it to my first gw, finally felt a little better in my body, got compliments from loved ones, and was finally a normal bmi, and then it was gone

@consumedbyfog miralax every morning with a full glass of water. no joke it does wonders without the pain of laxatives

not knowing ur true weight for days on end cause ur chronically constipated

@holowolf6 thank u 💗 unfortunately i fear my body has forgotten how to throw up or something because i haven’t thrown up in like 6 years but have constant nausea spurts due to chronic migraines

this morning i weighed in at 173 and i simply didn’t agree with that, weighed myself again just now and im back down to 171 😇 just going to start disagreeing w the scale until the number changes
