living in remote rural appalachia will really test how badly you want it. my gym has no ac, no clean drinking water, and only a few machines, and I still show up every morning.

@boringb1tchh You can alternate Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Lots of fluids. This will absolutely tear up your stomach. Eat a few crackers or something every time you take meds!!

They called in antibiotics to the pharmacy and can’t see me until Tuesday but I do feel a bit better but I’ve been eating ibuprofen like candy
