Veteran‑owned father–daughter game studio. Retro roots, modern tools — Unreal Engine + AI companions. We evolve science, logic, and creativity… NO pseudoscience

Wow that's crazy. $3.29 here in Louisiana. However from my long time gen xer with Old School connections says that this isn't going to last much longer. I wrote software for the for the oil field for inventory tracking and other things. Amazing how much money I ended up saving them by bringing a form of accountability software into the mix. Those were fun times but now revisiting fun of my childhood and making a game with my daughter and already considering doing a spin off of that video game straight on to the new commodore 64 ultimate legacy Gold edition that came in the mail. Been using AI to refresh my memory on Assembly language as well. But yeah adapting a unreal engine game to this new ultimate edition taken advantage of all of the cool ram speed SSD etc.

@otokyo__ Not really what age but what age you're at when you lose your eyesight and can't see anymore. 😁. Then again you still have your memories to see to the point of death.

@ksorbs I was stationed in landstuhl Germany from 1985 to 1988. From what I understand people are telling me I wouldn't even recognize many of these places anymore. The culture has changed in many places. I would love to revisit someday but in today's age not a good idea. 😔.

“We have spent billions of dollars, contributed billions of dollars to the German economy, and had tens of thousands of troops stationed in Germany, and it’s a two-way street with our allies. The United States needs to get value from our allies.”
He’s right. Germany is just freeloading at this point. They take our research on medicine, military aid, and don’t give us anything in return.

I'm working on Twitter first and meeting new people some I've watched for years I'm now connecting with on X as well taking my time. When you're stuck in your chair waiting to see the surgeon not really able to use my computer room as it was in the middle of getting reorganized I just set up a 3D printer. I do have a few tunes I'm considering putting on x soon always considered them drafts as I always get more ideas to add but it'll be nice to share what I got so far. So come in soooon...😁😎 But I'm up front and honest I use AI tools along with what I considered legacy software like FL studio started at version 3 back band with a lifetime signature bundle and reason studios I started back at version one. And many many more. However he's music AI tools keep getting better and better that with some creative prompting you can get some amazing stuff. But I'm also legacy Hands-On as well when I can be. But when you're stuck in your chair with a laptop and a phone I do what I can. Can't wait to get it finished setting up put that 3D printer to work too so many irons in the fire LOL 😁 falling asleep now until next time

@willshoe007 @Pirat_Nation Your stream quality is actually solid 👀
are you promoting your clips on Twitter or just going live and hoping people find you?

Good news for Windows 11 gamers: Microsoft is quietly working on a major internal plan called “K2” to slash bloat, boost performance, and make the OS seriously competitive with SteamOS.
>SteamOS is now the official benchmark, Microsoft wants Windows 11 to deliver identical (or better) gaming performance on the exact same hardware
>Dramatically lower idle RAM usage and a much lighter overall OS footprint
>Heavy cuts to AI clutter and pre-installed junk
>Completely rebuilt Start menu, reportedly up to 60% faster
>A ton of other under-the-hood tweaks (faster File Explorer, snappier UI, fewer background processes, etc.)
The changes are probably due to make Windows look better on Project Helix and future handheld/Xbox PC hardware.
It finally feels like Microsoft is listening people, can’t believe it

I have an older Synology rack station I've upgraded for years until version 7 and I've got 32 TB now running on it. That's become my backup system for everything and sharing system because I'm a Gen X retro home physical copies of everything music CDs in the thousands DVDs movies video games going back to 1980 still in the boxes a huge retro collection. It's amazing what you can do with these Synology drives. Now I can put get lab on there and sync it up with GitHub my one drive accounts can now back up there 24/7. Essentially I've created a 4321 backup procedures. However practically every issue I've taken care of for people working in IT and electronics and music for going back to when I was 10 years old. The most common thing people not using two-way authentication simple passwords clicking on every link they receive in an email I mean I've gotten to the point years ago never click on anything any link even if you trust it or if it sounds too good to be true then don't fall for it. If a link wants to send you to a certain website manually go there yourself is the safest way these days.
But that's the past IT related stuff for me now I'm focused on making music video games and movies while embracing AI tools along with all my legacy tools combined. Returning to form fantasy and fun. Now just got to get this shoulder surgery done and start to heal in so I can really get some work done.

Ever hesitate about cloud backups because of cost or data privacy? You're not alone.
Offline automation can work wonders. Tools like Sevron let you automate database backups without touching the cloud. It's all about keeping data local and safe.
Anyone found ways to streamline offline backup processes or tips to share? Let's chat and learn from each other's experiences!

@TimSweeneyEpic part of my what if series concept. What if Microsoft came out with Windows 10 second edition?
Would you buy it?
Would you downgrade to it?
Or is it really a downgrade?
Imagine all those PCS that can be brought back as gaming machines too to solve the memory and GPU crisis and other tech crisis issues. Windows 10 brought back from the grave.

Now if they came out with Windows 10 second edition removing the bloat and making it more of a gamers OS with a few improvements quality of life type improvements and some symmetry on the dark mode features literally bringing a few good things from Windows 11 over to Windows 10 second edition. Soft needs their return to form anybody remember when does 98 second edition? Overnight over a half a billion computers would become alive again but I'd still do dual boot into Linux mint regardless 😁. Then Microsoft could get a payback to the industry selling new computers with Linux desktop the ones they supposedly made Windows 11 for because when does 10 was not getting people to buy new computers since it worked on so many old ones loaded with ram and solid state drive who needs to upgrade right? 😁 And besides it would give them a marketing pitch we just save half a billing computers from the grave then maybe start bringing some trust back to Microsoft ecosystem Lisa would be the first step.

Actually working on it I just wanted to get a presence started for RTFstudios.com. going to hit YouTube up as well as rumble and probably start a Kik channel to do some live streaming. Got to get my LinkedIn finished and my website done I'm going with a flash style animated site it'll look like a user interface for a video game. It's amazing with the new tools I can now build vector style websites again like I did back in the day with flash. Except it's more of a hybrid but yeah doing my own thing with my daughter our whole family is multi-talented. Eventually go over some of my old Amiga and commodore 64 floppies to find some of my custom tracker music and then adapt it to today's standards that'll be a fun project too. But just got to take my time wait to get my shoulder surgery and and do what I can from my phone and VR too LOL.

@willshoe007 Do you have a music channel? If you don't you maybe should give it a shot. 🤩

In an effort to have a back-up plan in case YouTube decides to include me in the trend of demonetizing creators, Cyber City Moods is now also on Rumble: rumble.com/user/Cyber_Cit…
