@willtew Just a follow up, I think it's only hosts that have dns served by godaddy, which includes 123-reg that have issues... As hosts on godaddys network appear to be unreachable by folks on the bt network.

@bt_uk across the UK, our clients DNS resolution is not working as your primary and secondary DNS servers are down!

@ribzlike Yeh that's what I've come to as a conclusion as well. Not good for BT

@willtew DNS started doing odd things for me this morning, around 5:15 am, but I don't use BT DNS servers, but at some point traceroutes to the DNS servers that don't respond go through BTs network. Wondering if it's a wider issue. Look ups from hosts hosted elsewhere work!

@stripesupport our account manager's email no longer works. We have no idea who to contact for account management purposes. Please can you help

@heroku same issue as yesterday. Can't access my apps. All based in EU region :(

All of my @heroku apps are intermittently timing out right now. Please can you respond to my tickets or update your status page to let us know what is going on.
