@willysanchezosr It doesn't actually sound like your ban was a mistake, given your post earlier about promising not to "do it again". So if they've confirmed that the ban is staying, for whatever you did, it seems you have your answer, even if you'd have preferred a different one.

@JagexAsh I know I was to blame for that I asked for an opportunity that I will not do again that was only to upload magic but I want an opportunity and I promise not to do it again please help plis

@JagexAsh They already gave me an answer they denied me the opportunity to recover the account that really bad so much effort that one makes to upload the account so that they delete it by mistake they know how to give customers an opportunity

@willysanchezosr Yes, if there's a queue of other players wanting help too, they may indeed need a bit of time before they can get to yours. During that time it will be "pending"; apologies if this confused you. I hope they can get to it soon :)

@willysanchezosr The Support team takes appeals here if eligible: support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/artic… - though if they concluded that a permanent ban was more appropriate for whatever you did, but you still wish to play, you might be asked to make a fresh account that's not benefited from rulebreaking.
