I'm just curious about your crypto activities this year? Most people around me have stopped crypto activity and are just waiting for things to get back on track. I'm 33 years old this year, should I invest in XRP? Any suggestions?

@koruf1985 All 15 people who have publicly opposed or voted against the movement are Democrats. If even 10 other Democrats defect, the bill could easily pass. Partisan animosity certainly exists, but as long as a minority prioritizes innovation over politics, the bill can be passed

Who is opposing the CLARITY Act? At least 15 U.S. senators have either voted against it, publicly opposed it, or said they cannot support the current version. 9 voted against it in the Senate Banking Committee, while 6 more have since publicly withheld support for the current text. Senate opposition remains strong.

Yum! Spring is the best! You'll never find a store bought tomato that even comes close to home grown in properly tended soil.

Exactly. If the real issue is a conflict of interest, why target only crypto? The Stocks Act already requires members of Congress to disclose stock transactions within 45 days, although many believe the bill is riddled with loopholes and insufficient in its enforcement. Cryptocurrencies make this issue even more apparent because they are a completely new asset class and are being actively shaped by those who might hold positions in them. Establishing stricter, more consistent rules across all asset classes would be the fair approach

@wilming_ton If they’re not limiting elected officials ability to profit off stocks, then I can’t take seriously their concerns about crypto.

@thiagoTF The main purpose of the Clarity Act is to establish clear rules to avoid complete market chaos. The clause prohibiting elected officials from issuing/promoting assets is precisely to eliminate conflicts of interest
