@virginmedia Rang that 0800 number which (btw) says no reported issues. So login to your website where it *is* shown, estimated fix 6pm this evening. So I'll not be able to work from home like last week, but won't get compensation. Unless the fault really drags on. Grr.

@virginmedia No service for 24 hours on 6 August and now today no service whilst trying to work from home in SE5 9HP. No compensation because you fixed it within 24 hours but will it now be a weekly/fortnightly thing where I have no service for a day or (almost) two?

@virginmedia @ByeSeeYa Same situation inLondon SE5. No SMS update despite asking for them. Have just been told it's an "intermittent fault" that will be sorted on Wednesday at 8pm. No service at all for the past 24 isn't intermittent. Can't register for compensation because VM site says no issues. 😡

@ByeSeeYa I can appreciate the frustration with this. Some faults can require additional work to resolve. This could mean that further work is needed at this point we would need to wait. MH

@unobus thanks again for the speedy reply but i had to get a taxi. 653 always seems to be 5-10 mins late. Unusable unless you're retired.

@unobus as the 653 runs every twenty minutes that basically means the bus I wanted to catch was cancelled. Grr. Too cold to be stood around!

Finally saw @AvenueQUKTour in Wimbledon. Amazing production and such talent...! Was welling up through most of the first half!
