@lb_southwark hi, our rubbish wasn't collected on Monday. Bins are overflowing and rubbish is being blown everywhere. I filled in the online form on Wednesday but haven't heard anything back. When will it be picked up?

@Vicky_C73 @lb_southwark I hung on the phone for 12 minutes before managing to speak to someone. Apparently they 'hope' to clear the backlog by Saturday. I'll believe it when I see it.

@lb_southwark @ByeSeeYa This is your standard response when we are asking for updates on when our rubbish will be collected. I completed the missed collection form online on Wednesday & still nothing & I can’t get through to speak to someone on the phone. Overflowing bins are now an issue
