@HealthwatchEngmembership has been a flawed model for most LINks Whole of community involvement and engagement is more effective

@HealthwatchEng LA's will need to allow local HW to be independant-personal experience indicates this might not happen everywhere

@nibby01 Isn't there a consultation going on right now? - The consultation period ends early October.

@RicaSolutions Was their any mention about how non service users i.e. the man on the street can be encouraged to get involved in HW/LINks?

@BBsupportchange I'm not sure that all LINk's have effective links with the communities they serve?

@HealthwatchEng How will Local Healthwatch put into place engagement techniques that the person on the street can access?
