For powers that be that are telling referees they don’t want them “deciding/impacting” the game…you do realize by encouraging them to swallow their whistles, they are in fact deciding/impacting the game. Call fouls & they will stop fouling. It’s getting hard to watch…IMO.🤷🏻‍♂️

Every coach has their own philosophy with this and I couldn’t disagree more. You have to find what works best for you and your program. Shell drill can and will translate to great half court defense if done the right way. Has worked for our staff at two different rebuilding stops

@fbcoachsimpson Too many games for youth basketball. Skill development should be a ratio of 3 to 1 to games. Next, smaller sided games 2 on 2 or 3 on 3. Lastly, not enough free play without coaching
