@jonbrooks If it is I think it would be temporary. As I alluded to in my other reply, landlords incur all of the owning expenses, so expecting rent on comparable places to remain less than the costs to own is unrealistic.

@ramit Lifestyle one is probably the biggest, if i don't have kids, then renting will be my only options (prefer freedom of movement), if I do have kids, then buying is the better option in my scenario, at that point stability is the number 1 priority

Facts: - Cheaper to rent than own in top 50 metro cities - Rent goes up & down, not only up - Sometimes, buying is a better financial decision. Other times, renting is - There are also lifestyle factors to consider - I’ve made millions more renting + investing than owning

Stock is down 8% after hours. Wall Street needs to wake up that onchain / offchain data is like credit card panel data for consumer businesses. Coinbase, Circle and soon Robinhood earnings can be accurately predicted and the earnings announcements shouldn't be a surprise on revenue beats or underperformance. Coinbase's Q2'25 earnings was predictable. You can find accurate estimates from the analysts at @artemis.
