Welp I wanted to binge so instead I ate lasagna so my total is now 1587cal and 117g protein. Oh well. Still under my bmr, so it’s fine. At least I didn’t binge again

This is so real but also it’s so bad bc it comes with such legitimate and substantial risks. But also I’m gonna be doing it anyway so why fucking suffer in every facet of my life

this may be strange and unrelatable but i feel like i only get binge urges when im full?? like when im starving i feel empty and i dont want to ruin that but when im full im like fuck it whatever ive already eaten i may as well keep going

TW traumatic shit My mom used to wake me up by dumping ice water on me and blowing a whistle in my ear from inches away and now I hate waking up to an alarm and when I do wake up to an alarm (obviously MOST days) I’m panicked all day long still and I got away 6 years ago

I’m gonna try eating at my bmr for a while. I ate pretty low cal for a few months (aug 2025- jan 2026) but then I had surgery bc of ed complications and plateaued. And now I just keep binging. So maybe I need to just eat at my bmr instead of trying to restrict so heavily

I really wonder how many ppl are active on edtwt. Like I wonder what the actual number is globally

I feel so lazy but I’m genuinely just extremely depressed
