Terrible lounges in the word. I start: Prrmium Plaza in Toronto terminal 1. Overcrowded. Stuffy, minimal food and drink selection (unlike the Oneword AMS in the pic below). What are yours?

@EatingAsia Huh. Sometimes I can't get the routing. I want on Google, but it will show on the airlines. I suppose you could call if you have specific routing and flight numbers.

@EatingAsia Same if not worse here in the US (Los Angeles). There is a severe vet shortage. Only option is ER vet which is $$$$ and you still have to wait hours outside to get seen.

@redheadcher @flholst I'm an anxious flyer with a tiny bladder and have to go even on the shortest flights so don't judge. 🙂I'm team aisle 100%. I also don't mind getting up to let others out.

@film_girl @SassZillennial I have unlimited time off and there's no way I can take 4 weeks off at one time. I used to accrue 4 weeks a year and couldn't take it all at once then either. It's definitely not as amazing as people think.

@SassZillennial Every single study shows people with unlimited take less time. Most places with unlimited policies will not allow you to take a 4-week trip, that's sort of the problem. In fact, most places have fine print that would call taking a month off a sabbatical or leave of absence.

FTR, unlimited PTO is a scam and we all know it.

@homeroomtravel I'm doing LAX-SIN at the end of the month. In Economy. Dreading it since I know what the same flight is like in PE. Still, I think it will be worth it. Better to go than not go at all!

@everywhereist Ugh. Yes. This is exactly why we are so fucked up. "But the camera adds 10 pounds!" Sigh. I'm 54 and STILL let the number on the scale impact how I feel about myself.

I went back and looked up how much she weighed in this movie, because at the time her weight gain was all over the magazines. 5'4. 140lbs. This is an inch taller than me and 5 lbs heavier, and everyone was talking about how "groundbreaking" and "brave" it was.

@spcock @ewinterbottom @everywhereist This is exactly what my husband and I do. Two aisle seats. Neither of us wants the window or to get stuck in a middle seat.

@ewinterbottom @everywhereist Yes! We always do aisle seats beside each other. Having one side free is better than crushed in the middle or against the window. People just be mad because they don’t plan or check in early enough. Not my problem.

This isn't actually why a lot of people book the aisle and window. One of us often has to cancel or reschedule or ticket - so rather than have one of us flying somewhere alone in a middle seat, this ensures we both have the seat we want.
