1. Don’t ever make plans for money that has not entered your account. Until you receive a credit alert, it is not real. 2. When you have money, buy things in bulk. Cook in bulk and grocery shop in bulk. Buy everything you need in doubles. It will cost more now, but it will save you money later. 3. Make it a habit to buy at least one piece of clothing every month, even if it is just a shirt, cap, or pair of pants. 4. Learn to tell people no without feeling guilty or having to explain yourself, especially those you don’t go to when you are in need. 5. Womanizing is the easiest route to going back to zero. It has little to no ROI. Do not invest in it. 6. Whenever you want to make an impulse purchase, wait another 24 hours. If you still need it after that time frame, go ahead with it. 7. Always fill your gas, and keep cooked soup and stew in your fridge. This will save you on rainy days. 8. Other people’s emergencies are not yours. You might be dipping into your savings for someone who has locked theirs away for other purposes. 9. Decline invites that will hurt your budget. Sometimes, it is better to send a small token than to go out of your way to attend an event. 10. Don’t ever use shame to chest billing. If you attend to every touching story, soon enough it will be your own story that is touching. Be frugal; it is hard to find help out there.

He is 33 years old He has a son named Jack (around 6 years old) Jack loves playing football despite a rare 1-in-a-million immune deficiency disorder Fabrizio himself dreamed of becoming a professional footballer as a kid but realized he wasn't talented enough, so he switched to journalism He started writing football articles for small Italian sites at age 16 while still in high school His very first big scoop in 2011 was Mauro Icardi's move from Barcelona B to Sampdoria, thanks to a tip from an Italian agent He's an Inter Milan supporter at heart (his hometown club connection) Speaks at least four languages fluently. Italian (native), English, Spanish, and Portuguese Joined Sky Sport Italy at age 19 His screen time can hit 17-21 hours on busy days Built his network by hanging out in Milan hotels with agents and players as a young freelancer. Players sometimes text him directly asking to leak their desired moves His father Luigi sparked his initial love for football Once worked as a waiter in a Rome restaurant before fully diving into journalism His relentless 16–20 hour days mean he rarely has full days off with family or friends His news can instantly shift betting odds on transfers Broke Bruno Fernandes' move to Manchester United, which exploded his global fame. Values accuracy over speed and rarely gets things wrong Made Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his impact as a transfer journalist His estimated annual earnings are around $3.5–5 million from social media, journalism gigs, and collaborations And despite his global stardom, he still does most of the work himself with a tiny team for visuals . . . . Have you ever wanted to be in a particular field and then stuff happened and you diverted to another career entirely? I believe if any diversion wants to happen, it has to be in line with what you initially want. So that at least, you'll have the liking for it. For instance, people that weren't pro footballers, but ended up as coaches, might still love their career so much. Same goes with football journalism. We don't always get what we want in life. But the things that can't be taken from us, are our core values. Our inquisitiveness, work ethics, creative thinking, etc And even if we don't get our dream career or field.... We can still excel so much in whatever options life throws at us, as long as we keep up our values. Fabrizio wanted to be a footballer. Life had other plans for him. He didn't sulk or lament all day. Or become a sadist. He instead found a way to make himself a force in the new path that life gave him. And it paid off. So today, stop sulking and complaining at what you didn't get. Look at what you have presently and make up your mind to be the absolute best in it. And also...... Start today. . . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

I'm already seeing some crap "April-Fools" with T. Henry in eFootball 'official'. First of all how old are you to make these fools? 12? Become a man. Second gaining traffic and views by playing with the feelings of the community is very low. You are losing your credibility.

When you sign for Manchester City, there’s no settling in period. You’re expected to perform straight away. Every touch gets analysed, every mistake gets magnified, and if you’re not influencing games, people start to question you. Omar Marmoush came in during January 2025, and so far, it’s been mixed. You can clearly see the talent, but he hasn’t quite found his place in this team under Pep Guardiola. He’s not a typical Manchester City forward. His game is built on pace, directness, and attacking space... but City don’t play like that. Everything is controlled, structured, and precise. It’s about positioning and timing, not chaos. That’s a tough adjustment for anyone. To be fair to him, there are positives. His movement is sharp, he works hard out of possession, and he doesn’t look lost in the system. If anything, he understands what’s being asked of him. The problem is consistency. One game he looks dangerous, the next he barely gets involved... and at Man City, that’s the difference between playing and sitting on the bench. What I like about him is his composure. In tight areas, he’s calm. He links play well and takes his chances cleanly. He’s already chipped in with some important goals. But he still drifts in and out of games too much. That’s something he has to fix. To be fair, this season hasn’t helped him. Injuries, AFCON, and limited minutes off the bench have constantly broken his rhythm, making it difficult to build any real momentum. Then there’s the obvious problem... Erling Haaland. If Haaland is fit, he starts. So where does Marmoush fit? He’s versatile, which should help, but right now it feels like he’s mainly seen as backup. And he’s better than that. At the same time, playing wide doesn’t fully suit him either, and it seems Pep Guardiola doesn't even trust him there. We’ve seen attempts to fit him into a front three with Haaland and Antoine Semenyo, but it hasn’t really worked. It looks disjointed, lacking creativity and service. So overall, it’s hard to see his role when everyone’s fit. Where does he belong? Tactically, though, he is improving. His pressing is good, he tracks back, and he’s getting more comfortable in tight spaces instead of just relying on runs in behind. That’s a big step in the Premier League. But he still needs to impact games more... not just with goals, but overall involvement. That’s what will define him here. Right now, he looks like a good player who hasn’t fully put it together yet. And at Manchester City, potential only matters if you turn it into performances. The base is there. Now it’s about taking that next step.

🚨 Manchester United have Sandro Tonali very high on their shortlist for June, as reported. The player would be open to the move. Elliot Anderson, another name on shortlist but Manchester City are still ahead — with very serious interest. Man City and Arsenal, both also informed on Tonali situation. 🎥 youtu.be/xbGBkDpDXbQ

"The pass between lines should be very strong. Then there's another option to give a pass thats a little bit slower so that I can then, in my next movement, receive the ball back from my teammate. I'm playing with the tempo of the game." - Cesc Fàbregas

📸 - Cherki passes to Thuram. Thuram controls it and plays it back to Cherki. Cherki leaves the ball off to Doue... Doue then shoots and scores. France’s play in tight spaces is EXCELLENT. Quick one-touch passing, intelligent off-the-ball movement, and a lot of quality.
