Netanyahu rejects it same day. 📅 Aug 2024: Mid-negotiations, Netanyahu adds NEW demands—permanent troops in Gaza, full border control. Talks collapse. 📅 Jan 2025: After 15 months, deal reached. Israel's own National Security Minister later admits: "I repeatedly blocked ceasefire deals." And now? The ceasefire that just went into effect in January 2025? It's essentially the SAME deal Hamas accepted back in May 2024. Except more Palestinians have been killed by Israel since then.
