I rewatched Joe's video with the intention of backpedaling since I haven't watched it in a long time and so many people disagree with it. Sorry, but I found most of the criticism to remain valid.

Joseph Anderson and Nakeyjakey are 2 of the coolest people on earth for pointing out flaws in Elden Ring and RDR2. Fanboys are salty because they're right. Thanks to them your favorite games might improve instead of stagnating from a lack of criticism.

If you can have a vastly different experience with a remake, whether or not it’s actually a “remake” is really not worth investigating imo.

@GammaEaglit The thinking is you would view a remake of a classic masterpiece painting or movie as slop or disrespectful. He is right that the crowed which advocate constantly for games to be remade do not view the original piece as art.
Sure there’s a small section who do but it’s minimal.

HeartGold / SoulSilver might genuinely be the most complete Pokémon games ever made. We got 2 regions, your mon following you, the red battle… the amount of content was insane. Oh and the music. I demand a remastered version.

@sighyam @EricGymFan My personal problems: Johto Dex is bottom 3, level curve is terrible, and johto has the most boring region design wise. I don’t hate SS/HG, but compared to the other gams around this time I think its very overrated.

It’s right to criticize when they make mistakes but your criticisms stem from stupidity. It doesn’t even have a competitive option

But the game isn’t even finished, and anyone with a brain can see that. Acting like it isn’t in alpha despite not being completely closed is moronic
