Woman walking her dog stops in front of a stranger’s house, throws a bag of dog poop into their trash can, and casually walks away like nothing happened. Some people really treat other people’s property like their personal garbage dump. Would you say something if you saw this or just let it slide?

He’s filming everyone at the market, but the police say there’s nothing they can do. Whose side are you on? A male videographer (the "auditor"), who is wearing a disguise for anonymity, is filming at an outdoor market. He is confronted by a market organizer (Kaylee Dolan) regarding his filming of vendors and attendees. A law enforcement officer arrives to mediate the dispute. The organizer expresses concern that the videographer is making vendors and patrons uncomfortable and asks him to stop or leave. The videographer asserts his right to film in a public area, refusing to comply with her request. The responding officer confirms that the videographer is in a public space where he has a legal right to record. The officer acknowledges the organizer's frustration but explains that, as no crime is being committed, he cannot compel the man to stop filming or force him to leave. The tension arises from the intersection of constitutional rights and personal expectations of privacy. Under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, individuals generally have a protected right to film in public spaces (such as sidewalks, public parks, and plazas). This includes the right to film government officials and police officers performing their duties, as well as things that are plainly visible from those public areas. In general, there is no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in a public space. If something can be seen by the naked eye from a location where a person is legally permitted to be, it is typically legal to photograph or record it. While filming is a protected activity, it is not absolute. If filming crosses the line into harassment, stalking, or disorderly conduct—or if it is done to "clandestinely" capture private or intimate areas, it can become illegal. In this specific interaction, the officer determined that the videographer’s actions did not meet the legal threshold for a crime, which is why he could not intervene. If the market were held on private property rather than public land, the owners or organizers would have the right to set rules regarding photography or to ask people to leave. If someone refuses to leave private property after being asked, they can be cited for trespassing. The officer's inability to remove the videographer suggests that the location was either public property or that the organizer lacked the legal authority to exclude him from that specific area.

First, the fat biker dude is a bitch. BUT...maybe an unpopular opinion, but bikes are better suited for sidewalks than the road. A bike traveling at 10-20mph against a pedestrian will inflict far less bodily harm than a bike traveling at 10-20mph versus a car traveling at 30-60mph.

Yes this isn’t your typical black woman meltdown, this is heartbreak in my opinion, who knows what she goes through, I have zero tolerance for loudmouth just trying to get their way by raising their voice a few octaves, this is not the case here you can hear her spirit breaking in her voice, I have posted plenty of the other type and called it out for what it was, this one is different in my opinion

🚨 SOUTHWEST AIRLINES JUST GOT EXPOSED 😡 Black mom with autistic, nonverbal kids trying to board Flight 1948 out of Chicago Midway… Gate agent Charles REFUSES to let her scan her boarding passes while she’s holding her children. But the white couple right behind her? Zero issues. 🙄 This mom had a full breakdown on camera. Discrimination or straight-up incompetence? WATCH the raw footage and tell me I’m wrong 👇 Tag @SouthwestAirlines and demand answers. This is NOT okay. In Austin, you can walk your dogs on a quiet Sunday morning and get randomly shot. "I don't know why they would shoot me." Sean Fuentes keeps repeating it from his hospital bed. A car ran a stop sign in southeast Austin and three men opened fire. The first shot dropped him, and he felt the rest hitting the dirt next to his face as the shooters stayed and emptied the clip trying to execute him. Bear crawling home, he heard his late father's voice -- a Marine who served two tours in Vietnam: "It's go time." He crawled and walked a block and a half home bleeding. His wife saw the dogs running back alone, leashes dragging. Three teenagers stole a 9mm Glock from a shop on Ben White, took a stolen car, and spent the weekend firing into homes, vehicles, and strangers across Austin. 105 rounds across 21 incidents with four people shot. Sean’s twin sister is in the ICU waiting room with him, and wants justice: "They stayed there and shot him multiple times and then watched him. Like, you're watching somebody die.... I want to see them prosecuted to the full extent. They should be tried as adults."

I swear anyone who touts that "tough texans" or "dont mess with texas" bullshit needs to have their accounts nuked. The only stories I ever see out of Texas are of idiot victims who dont carry 24/7 and dont pay attention to their surroundings. The state is full of foreign invaders and shitskins, and people constantly let their guard down, especially in cities.
