@Proton_Pass well the gov just buys all our data from the corporations that track us anyway.. it’s public record. pretty wild when you think about it..

I used claude code to build an interactive map of the UFO file drop from the DOW. 👽🛸 If you didn't hear, last week the @DeptofWar declassified 161 UFO files on their website. My reaction was obviously "where are they?" but the site wasn't made for that sort of view.. so I built it. A rotating 3D globe with every sighting plotted as a pin (including the ones on the moon). A build step pulls the gov data and the files themselves are fetched when you open a pin – so it's a viewer, not a copy. Now, you too can see where the aliens are. 🛸

This is part of it, but typically, the more technical you are, the more concern you have around data privacy & security.
Less technical = more throwing caution to the wind.
In some ways it feels like they’re leaving the keys on the counter & the doors unlocked, just hoping no one bad comes inside.

I am noticing a really interesting trend:
my friends who are not technical are getting much further with open claw (etc), etc than my friends who are technical.
it seems that the ability for us to imagine the limits is artificially causing limits that are not there for folks who are not imagining limits.
have you seen the same thing?

@max_tretikov @hopes_revenge this is the social media validation the warning signs warned us about, max.

@adocomplete I prefer mine 2-3mins apart so I can fail while ruining any chances of a successful “snooze”

@WallStreetApes the sleeper story here is whoever she's paying in the media to circulate this ridiculously facetuned photo

Arcadia, California Mayor Eileen Wang just agreed to plead guilty to acting as an illegal foreign agent and promoting Chinese propaganda
This is THE SAME woman in Los Angeles county who has been pushing for noncitizens to be able to vote
Make sense yet?
“Arcadia Mayor Eileen Wang acted in the interest of the Chinese Communist Party — Federal Prosecutors say the mayor and a then-fiancée were posting Chinese Communist Party propaganda on a website called US News Center”
This shouldn’t be shocking, Modern day Democrats are communists and they want to bring down America by brining in illegals and letting them vote
Maximum potential sentence is 10 years in federal prison

I think it’s cool, maybe you will too! ET Phone Home is live now on cloudflare and open-sourced on GitHub. 👽

@FracSlap @birria_Energy I’m not a big fan of granola, but you can export full transcripts via their MCP. Obnoxious rate limits though. I just use it for capture.

English

There are a couple problems with these two tools in particular.
Whisprflow: used to be awesome, can't tell you ho many people I got using it.
Now it sucks because it's productized too much for the masses. I spend so much time frustrated with it because it doesn't get transcription right (core functionality) meanwhile the agents I've built have amazing speech-to-text using other technologies I've pulled off the shelf. If whisperflow focus on our accuracy of raw transcription instead of predictive language and formatting, we wouldn't be considering how bad it wicks now.
Granola: no idea what these guys are doing with all of the money they've raised. API/MCP is not functional, only way to export transcripts is to manually copy/paste. This is a big WTF for being an 'ai' company that's raised hundreds of millions of $.
Their summaries are worthless, they have no business context and hallucinate terribly. For instance, saw a summary last week that randomly pulled our executive assistant and said she was COO.
All granola should focus on is getting agents raw transcripts and there's no way to do that, so just built it ourselves.
English

Ripped out whisprflow and Granola is next.
Loved both of those products and implemented them at our company but now they suck and aren't needed.
Both are replaced with muesli which is open source and hosted on your machine.
The real ROI will come in replacing granola.
Instead of having Granola's shitty summaries, shitty api/mcp, and no ability to export transcripts—our raw transcripts will now feed into our database with all of our company data and business logic.
Sensitive conversations will now stay on our servers and our agents will have access to raw transcripts with our company context on top of it.
Will be a huge unlock for us.

@Polymarket Now your fridge can tattle to Google when your unopened lettuce goes bad again, and tell Amazon fresh to automatically order more! Yay!
