@ThourCS2 ragdoll prediction can give good info about player hp (it only triggers if a bullet would cause a player death) if you hit a player in the body and it shows the ragdoll, its precise info about 1 HP also helps me cope knowing they would be dead if my hit registered :p

Tried Damage Prediction once again after the AnimGraph2 update and I still get so many false predictions, even at 30ms. I would recommend keeping it all OFF.
