@TarHeelMBB@SamHowellMVP He could easily go through the draft process and come back, plus after the last 4 weeks, I don’t trust anything IC has to say .
If I’m UNC I’m keeping Isaiah Denis and letting Dylan Mingo walk! Cheaper price and same production. Isaiah Denis will be a great backup option at PG for one year then hand him the keys.
@BDAHT But you must add, if it’s a TJ or Byington, what all players they bring the them. Byington bringing players like Tanner. So there is that aspect also.
Who I call in order if I’m UNC
(Knowing some will say no)
1. Dusty May
2. TJ Otzelberger
3. Billy Donovan
4. Todd Golden
5. Tommy Lloyd
6. Mark Byington
7. Nate Oats
8. Josh Schertz
Don’t think Dusty or TJ leave, not sure on some others but those 2 get calls, tell me no.
Sources: Hubert Davis will not return as North Carolina’s head coach, per me and @jeffborzello. He’s spent the last five years as the head coach of the Tar Heels, compiling a 125-54 record. UNC reached the national title game in his first year there.
@MikeCurmi@KeepingItHeel It’s about the same lack of in game defensive adjustments that are being made and have been an issue over the last several years. The lack of not having an offensive identity! Those are things a HC at the university of North Carolina should already have and be doing!
@MikeCurmi@KeepingItHeel Nobody is saying that can’t do any of those things, but not knowing how to make in game adjustments that literally anyone with any basketball IQ can see, that’s the problem. JJ, Berry, Tyler, all have talked about this.
@KeepingItHeel As they should. Fix the staff around him and have the guy study up on in game adjustments. The team will be right back where they belong.
@RJGreen417@WilliamMcCall_ Seems that many inside thought Hubert would resign and go out with a sense of togetherness, dignity, but Hubert is fighting it and wants to stay….
