@AskVirginMoney I have recently obtained a mortgage through Virgin Money. I was told in process, that I could use mobile app to view my mortgage details. Today I have been told, that app does not work for mortgages. Can I only view my mortgage through website?

@AskVirginMoney Does Virgin Money have plans to display mortgages in their banking app? NatWest, Barclays, Lloyds all allow this, so it’s interesting why Virgin is not offering this for its customers?

@wlubicz Following on from above response, Virgin Money direct mortgages are only accessible via Internet Banking as it's on a separate banking platform, from the Clydesdale Bank Mortgages, that is not compatible with the mobile app at this stage. ^GV 2/2

@AskVirginMoney Why does Virgin Money, that brands itself as a bank that’s different doesn’t allow customers to view their mortgage in an app? Come on My mortgage was granted on 31/07, but original deal through Clydesdale when obtaining broker quote. Does this mean I’m eligible or not?

@wlubicz Thanks for confirming, previous accounts set up with Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank are enabled to view in the App, however your account can be viewed and accessed online here: uk.virginmoney.com/service/sign-i… I do apologise for any confusion caused.^AH

If Apple & Google boot Twitter from their app stores, @elonmusk should produce his own smartphone. Half the country would happily ditch the biased, snooping iPhone & Android. The man builds rockets to Mars, a silly little smartphone should be easy, right?

@Grady_Booch @elonmusk The natural lifecycle of all software products is to eventually monetise, and focus on profits over value sadly. Startups focus on true value, then grow into money making machines. Elon is trying to bring true value back (sometimes chaotic way), whilst streamlining monetisation.

10:45pm and I've just logged off my laptop, but that's my last piece of coursework submitted. Just one exam and my final project to go. We can do this @AdeleChurchill_ @emily_proudlove 5 weeks to go 🥳

With my programme I got to go to Aston University ~4 times a year - on campus days and exams. Good learning using collaboration and F2F. Will keep PG for Twitter but a taste of student life was lived and breathed. The famous Witek car mini fridge comes up in stories. #NAW2021

This also doesn’t mean that there’s no social side to the apprenticeships. Likely there will be a young, and older colleagues to for socialising. Bigger variety. Maybe less on school nights. I have met some absolutely amazing people who will be my friends for life. #NAW2021

This year I am going to take a slightly different approach to #NAW2021. Not posting standard promotion templates but speaking a bit more from heart about why apprenticeships are important to me. Maybe a thread.
