Got the full PET scan results today. It is no longer in my liver and stomach. It has reduced in my lungs and neck. They believe I am progressing on time and by the end of my treatment the cancer will be gone. Seven treatments down and five left to go. Praise God! Please keep praying!

This is my baby brother Grady who was born with Downs Syndrome w/ my mother after Dad passed away. Youngest of their 5 boys. Yesterday 62 yrs old at 10am his soul took flight. Happy New Year’s Day dear brother.

@BillyLowe1 When I ran distances, I did it early in the morning on Saturday. I pre-drove my route and dropped water bottles along the way for myself. I also tried to hit tree lined roads or trails for shade.

Question: for you guys who run, how do you get long training runs in when it’s extremely hot and humid? When I say long, I mean 13-20 milers.
