@AmazonHelp when SEVEN of the giftsets (now high price or oos) ordered are delivered squashed, creased, torn, and damaged contents, but apparently battered GIFT set boxes are only 'minor' damage. Hello?! GIFT! Terrible. Should have gone to @BootsUK !
