Here we have our amazing Woden Lionesses who competed in a football tournament at Compton Park today hosted by @wwfcfoundation They drew 2 matches and won 1, which secured their place in the Cup Finals. We’re so proud of you, girls!

We are so incredibly proud of these remarkable Year 6 pupils who represented Woden perfectly today at the final of the Social Action Challenge, hosted at Molineux Stadium. Thank you @wwfcfoundation for a fantastic day

We had a truly inspirational visitor in school today. We were absolutely delighted to welcome Manny back to Woden and see his wonderful Pride of Britain award. Congratulations, Manny @pedalsingh and thank you for sharing this with us.

What an incredible morning we have had watching GB Gymnast, Fred Teague, demonstrate his flips and tumbles 🤸🏽😲 as well as listening to his inspirational stories of following his dreams ✨ @BritGymnastics

Huge thanks to Manny @pedalsingh and Jeevan @JeevKang for a fantastic afternoon. It started with Year 6’s lesson about Sikhism and was followed by a whole school assembly to support @networkrail’s Rail Safety Week. We have all learned a lot this afternoon so thank you 😊

Year 2 have had a great morning building nests for animals in the woods 🪹🌿🦔 and exploring nature. They returned just in time for a very delicious lunch before everyone celebrated the birthday of a very special young lady 🎉🥳🎁🎂@KingswoodTrust

Year 2 have enjoyed hot chocolate and biscuits before bedtime. It’s been a wonderful first day here @KingswoodTrust and now it’s time to say “Goodnight” 😴

Year 2 children have really enjoyed their habitat walk and hunt in the long grass this afternoon 🦋🕷️🐛🐞🦟 before meeting some of @KingswoodTrust’s beautiful resident animals 🐹🐰🐢🐑

It was a very exciting afternoon at the end of the pier in the amusement arcades. There were lots of smiles and lots of prizes 🤩🙌🏻

We’ve had a great day at the beach today. We may be bringing a lot of sand home in our bags but we’ve had a fantastic time 🏖️🐚

We’re up and raring to go after a good night’s sleep. We’re just tucking into scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, baked beans and cereal before our day in Llandudno 😃
