@porterrobinson get your wish is so special to me tbh. it came out right before lockdown so listening to it in 2020 would remind me of pre-covid times. When the world started to chill out, I went to second sky and heard it live and that's when I knew things weren't so bad anymore.

@MatchaThylacine @HeadsAndTailsAZ OMG this happened to me. i was in the process of putting the mask on my face when I got yelled at and i was thinking, "what??? do you expect me to instantly teleport the mask onto my face in half a second???" 😭😭😭😭

@HeadsAndTailsAZ I think I know who you are talking about. I was behind a guy who took one of the provided masks, had it in hand ready to put on, and kept going to step out of the way to put it on and let people pass. She yelled at him to put it on immediately. Super rude.

While I had a super incredible time at FC this weekend, I had just one gripe? There was one staff member who was really aggressively harassing vendors about the mask policy. (Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining about the masks, and everyone that I saw was wearing their mask pretty much at all times minus during meals) But this was the first con ever where I was actually afraid of eating at my table because this staffer was harassing vendors who were eating or drinking. Multiple vendors had stories of this woman being so rude and aggressive towards them for eating or drinking and having their mask down just long enough to do so. I felt like I had to be on alert in between bites of food and eat as fast as i possibly could because this woman was getting in peoples faces. Again. I want it to be so clear that the mask mandate is not what my problem was here. It was this one singular staff member that was yelling at people, getting in their faces, and scolding them for having the mask down long enough to choke down a sandwich. Not to mention that while masks were recommended in all spaces, they were only required in dealers and art show rooms. As I was walking towards the dealer space (mask on my wrist and ready to go on as soon as I got to dealers) this same woman came straight to me and scolded me, very rudely telling me "you better make sure to put that mask on" before I'm even close to the entrance to dealers. I know I'm not the only person who feels this way about this staff member but I hope that in the future, FC can sit her down and ask her to be more kind? You can't tell people to get 2 meals a day and then yell at them for eating.

Both Alexis Park and the Serene are main hotels for LVFC. We have some big plans for the Serene, so don't think of it as a secondary overflow. It's actually closer to the event space than the party block at Alexis Park is.

@Yamishizen my anycubic kobra max is my first 3d printer ever and honestly every issue I've ever had with it has been my own fault bcuz I was new to 3d printing LOL it's always worked really well when I operated it correctly 😂 I've had it for about a year now

Who has RELIABLE 3D printer recommendations? No Creality printers, they genuinely are more trouble than it is worth
