Crane 1.3.10 is out with theoretical support for iOS 16.4 - 16.5. Before it can work though, fixes in both ellekit and palera1n need to be pushed.

The upcoming build of #unc0ver will fix the rest of the issues with system services on iOS 13.0-13.3, such as iMessage notifications not working. A8-A11 support for iOS 13 is completed but requires the user to reinstall a package in Cydia if they switch back to #checkra1n.
