Why is it SO difficult to input a password on a smart thermostat? Electricity tripped earlier knocking the @WorcesterBosch smart thermostat out and I had to input the wifi password. The level of frustration was real!

@WorcesterBosch Worcester Maintenance & Support Plan quoted a 6-day repair wait for boiler. Unacceptable for a paid service, especially for customers with health conditions, and complaints can only be escalated if the appointment is cancelled. Predatory practice. Shameful service

@WorcesterBosch Worcester Bosch offered us the next repair slot on Thursday, even though we called today. That means days without heating while someone in the house has an autoimmune condition. Surprising delay for an urgent repair in London. Hoping for a quicker response.

@WorcesterBosch Your engineer came to my home to repair a boiler, claimed to need to check tap pressure, used my toilet w/o permission, left a disgusting state. Cleaning costs were covered, but full compensation denied! Others should be cautious letting your staff into their home

Had a Baxi boiler for 22 years, repaired twice. Now have a @WorcesterBosch and it’s now on repair 3 in 18 months. Same fault 3 times - not fit for purpose @weareboxt take note, you recommended it 🤦🏻‍♂️

@WorcesterBosch There's no point you'll just make excuses. Corgi Homeplan have said their engineer will sort it. In the UK, the 600mm clearance in front of a boiler is not a legal requirement, but rather a guideline...you can clearly see there is plenty of room to access the boiler. Disgusting!

@Eddystone506 @BritishGasHelp Definitely seek legal advice. It will depend on the wording of your contract with BG. They will need to pay for a new warranty with @WorcesterBosch on your behalf as a minimum. That's really bad as they could have missed a safety issue and put you at risk.
