If we all do our social distancing, we'll pull through quicker, so please don't come up to the Woods. Change your routine, new routes, training techniques. Run solo and we're all with you in spirit, and Strava. Got any "change up" ideas, we'd love to hear them....

The week long closure of Crookbarrow Way is now in place. Plenty of other routes to us via Norton or through the city, just allow a little more time. Hope to see you up at the woods tomorrow.

Ahead of tomorrows parkrun we welcome Les Croupiers running club, as they pass by on their way to Liverpool Marathon events they're taking in our parkrun. Have fun all and always bring your barcode, and turn your finish token in.
