Israeli channel KAN reports that field preparations have begun for the deployment of Indonesian troops in Gaza as part of a proposed international “stabilization force.” The report says a zone between Rafah and Khan Younis has been designated for the force, with construction of housing and facilities expected to take several weeks. KAN cites informed sources estimating the deployment could involve several thousand soldiers, with preliminary planning already underway with Jakarta, including how the troops would enter Gaza and the logistics of their presence.
