@My_Metro Absolutely rubbish service it took 3 hours to get home on the bus which I get every night but couldn't get on because of your passengers

UPDATE: Service is suspended between Jesmond & Heworth. All Arriva services between Regent Centre & Monument are accepting Metro tickets. Go North East buses are accepting Metro tickets between Monument and South Shields/ Park Lane.

@gonortheast Hardly surprising seeing as the crap metro broke down again I pay for a weekly pass and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get home because buses were full on non paying metro passengers

Our service 26 and 27 are currently operating to delays of up to 45 minutes. This is due to extremely high passenger numbers.
