With so many techniques that you teach, sometimes it gets overwhelming on what to do first. I started doing the PURE technique but later started doing the RCT and have been sticking to it. But I still want to try all other techniques as well. Will changing techniques have any effect? Should I have 1 technique that I do everyday and add on more techniques until they become a habit?
