plan is still, per Rigby, to do a 6th man — he brought up that specific point bc he was opposed to a full replacement but saw the value of potentially doing a 6 man like this

reading between the lines here confirms that this was an ownership decision with tacit approval from coaching staff, but not initial push pretty important context. based on dhokla's words during pros+this the spot could be a LOT more competitive than ownership thought

@LyonLATAM Castle is fantastic (I’d put him top 2 with Thanatos this split) & makes LYON instant favorites again. Big change. But I do think keeping Dhokla is smart & the right decision. He has some strengths over Castle (tanks, some fighters, smart teamplay w/ sidelaning/tps, weird picks)

Castle has spent his whole time in NA on bottom teams and consistently stood out. He is easily one of the best laners in the league, and now has a chance to prove himself on one of the best teams in the region. Will be interesting to see how quickly he gels w/ LYON!

Happiest person right now over Dhokla getting essentially dropped is @esportsjatt. He was the first one to basically put it out there that Dhokla should be dropped after First Stand. He has been a Dhokla hater even when he was on 100T. Something seriously wrong with him.
