@nashvegas__ Slow roll after winning SEC tourney and number 1 seed with an abysmal offense? Starts this year with injuries to the staff and the only reason we’re winning games is because of the offensive production. It’s going to be a sad day when he hangs it up, grass isn’t always greener.

Vandy & Corbs came into the NIL era with a Top 5 in Reputation. Results. And Admin Support. The decisions. Strategy. Personal. Have not worked. It’s been a slow roll down the hill for 3+ years - with a magic detour - for 3 weeks last year that came back to reality.

@TreyDores You would think the true VandyBoy fans would not be living/dying with each game. It’s like they never have watched a season play out. How quickly they forget we won the SEC tourney last year and were the top seed - all with an inept offense. Let the season play out…

@nashvegas__ Need pitching to get healthy. Fennell, Nye, Nadeau weekend starters. Move Kranzler to bullpen for the weekend. Put Taylor as Tuesday Tuesday starter. More importantly - can we hit and score away from home? That's the bigger question because we haven't done it.

@nashvegas__ Agree on all points except he did make some adjustments this offseason. We’re so far behind that I don’t think we can fix in one season. My main concern is we aren’t developing power - but there is still time in this season to turn things around…fingers crossed.

Hard truth time: 1) Corbs can coach as long as he wants. He’s earned it. Doesn’t mean he should or it’s right but its reality. I will never call for him to be fired. 2) This program is in a gradual but steady and obvious slide. Compounded by the rise of other SEC programs. We can debate the “why” but that’s not our job. We are just “stupid fans” right. 3) What does the future hold? Next year is all in time for a new unacceptable normal average team standard or a resurgence. 4) The game has changed on the field and off and Corbs has not adjusted. Period. Doesn’t matter “why” - the results are clear. This team is still playing and recruiting and developing like it is 5-10 years ago. Rocker & Leiter helped hide some of the early signs imho. 5) That’s it. It sux. I hope Corbs wakes up and doesn’t go down the Bowden & Paterno road of mediocrity & brings in new blood or makes massive changes. His stubbornness and loyalty have in part put us here.
