@Tarek_Fattal Regardless whether there is a coaches poll or not, the seeding and playoff schedule is still a “buddy system”. I’ve been in this long enough to know who pulls the strings. It happens at all levels of basketball not just HS. Just easier to hide at this level.

Unlikely to come back. Too many coaches didn't vote consistently and 100% too many coaches voting on a 'buddy system'. But there could be an overall coaches poll like the AP does. Select coaches will be given a vote.
