My running streak is over as of today. Yesterday I ran 3.5 miles on a beautiful morning. 1025th consecutive day of running at least a mile. Later, I was standing on a step leading to our garage. I walked forward thinking I was on the floor. My knee collapsed and I tore my quadriceps tendon. The rest of my track season will be interesting.

Thanks to Anne and Hunter for an amazing weekend and sharing their expertise with us. They are tremendous and I appreciate them giving South Sioux City and the surrounding area the priveledge of their time!❤️ @Huntereis_sc @DrAnneHelena
