SEPTA needs to continue to enforce fare evasion and smoking on the Market Frankford Line & Broad Street Line. Nobody wants to get onto a subway that is a hot box and smells like weed/cigarette smoke. Nobody wants to get onto a subway that smells like urine. Clean up SEPTA now!
