Beginning my journey into Napoleonic warfare with Napoleon at War: Deluxe Edition, a @Decisiongames reprint of the old SPI Quad. Beautiful remake, fast and easy gameplay, just a lot to love in this box. And 4 games in 1, hard to beat that nowadays!

There are so many beautiful, and wonderful to play, wargames being released by publishers all over the world today. A perfect example is La Der des Ders: The War to End War from Arnauld Siega and Hexasim. It's a great time to be a historical war gamer!

@TheGamingGang View behind the curtain: Many publishers are wonderful to work with. The few that ask for specific coverage, or ask me to look at prototypes and give feedback (lol)? I politely decline. If that means no more review copies, that's their loss. There's more games than time anyway.

I've got be be honest gang and say publishers in our hobby's reliance on shills/sycophants as well as the constant merry-go-round of marketing people who couldn't find their asses with both hands has me really close to saying "Fuck It!" and calling it a day for The Gaming Gang.

@ADragoons The game(s) idea is interesting, but looking at that page... yikes. It's the poster child for how NOT to run a successful Kickstarter. Need more information, need pictures, something, anything.
