It takes lots n lots of try but to increase your chances, try calling exactly at 8am and keep trying until you get through. This help center can help with a lot of problem but for the difficult issues, they will make an appointment for you to get a call back from a specialist

@MrPensa Once you get through, there is still a waiting period for a representative to answer. I got lucky, waited less than 5 minutes. My friend had to wait for 30 minutes. But it’s worth it if they can fix your issue
