Her name is DR Velisha Adams Kellum - She is the former CEO of the LA Homeless Services Authority.
She was forced to resign - Betcha she's about to go to jail for doing many things with the money, and it wasn't to help the homeless.

🚨 $540,000 A MONTH in EBT from tiny “ghost stores” with barely any inventory.
That’s what federal prosecutors say they uncovered in a $7 MILLION SNAP fraud case in Boston.
Two Haitian nationals are now charged.
And the numbers are wild.
These weren’t major supermarkets.
They weren’t fully stocked grocery stores.
Prosecutors say they were small shops allegedly used to trade EBT benefits for cash and illegal items while taxpayer money got drained at a massive scale.
One report says the SNAP volume was SIX TIMES higher than a real stocked supermarket.
That’s not a mistake.
That’s a machine.
And Americans are sick of watching their money vanish like this.

The way property taxes are collected borders on a mafia protection scheme. The only thing worse than the establishment of value and billing the homeowner, is the services we are billed for are not provided. In CO fire dept. have to collect extra tax to survive

Property tax isn't a fee for service. It's a penalty for owning a nicer home. Three houses on the same road. Same fire truck. Same sheriff. Same snowplow. One pays $5,000. One pays $2,500. One pays $1,250. If it were a fee for service, they'd all pay the same. They don't. Because it was never about services. A Bonner County woman's family has owned their property for 116 years. The house never burned down. Most of those decades, no kids in school. But the bill went up every single year. Property tax is a penalty for owning property the market decided is worth more. There is no fairness in that system. Idaho has the revenue to fund services without it. I'm fighting to eliminate it entirely.

SHUTDOWN: Biden’s DOJ killed Spirit airlines by blocking its merger with JetBlue forcing it into bankruptcy twice. Spirit is likely shutting down now and JetBlue will lose $1B this year. Together they could have survived, now both will likely fold. When government puts their thumb on the scales we all lose.
