@Shenanigarium @bestofstarwar I'm so disgusted by the sequel trilogy that I ignore their existence. I'm less concerned with the "rules" and more focused on the fact that the actor is only shown once with the mask off. Showing him as a force ghost allowed people to see what the actor actually looks like.

@lkeels @DaveLeveraction @bestofstarwar This isn't the actor who played Vader either. This is a new actor. So technically This is reverting to "before" but as an old man. David Prowse was Vader. James Earl Jones was Vader's voice. Sebastian Shaw played the unmasked Anakin Skywalker and the Force Ghost.

@desert_starr_57 I learned this about a month ago! I was flabbergasted! I was watching Empire of the Ants (terrible movie, I highly recommend it!) and saw Robert Pine in it. I googled him because I couldn't place him (CHiPs, duh!), and saw he was Chris Pine's father!

How did I not know this? I grew up on CHiPs reruns. I totally see it now.

I still can't believe this is real. I remember this drama back when Cuphead was released, and most of the journalists' reviews clearly indicated that they couldn't even beat the first boss. Same with other games like black myth Wukong, where reviewers complained about the absence of certain elements in the game, where it exists later in the game. No wonder they love Mixtape. You don't even need to press buttons...

@HLC_actual It's just a return to how it used to be. You used to have to go ask for a refill. Someone probably did the math and theft, damage, cleaning, etc is higher than the labor to have someone will the soda for you. They also shut them off after COVID "to help protect our guests".

@Chef_Viti @TheChrisLambert We don't need to wait when the director has said he wants the story "grounded in reality", has reduced the dialog to simple language and has cast the flavors of the month (Zendaya & TH) along with others into roles completely unsuitable for them.

@TheChrisLambert Elliot was cast to play corpse when Odysseus visits the land of the dead. If you watch the trailer you’ll see where Elliot appears as the mud person. Also maybe wait to watch the movie and reserve any judgement until you see what the filmmaker does ?

Because The Odyssey isn’t going to replicate Achilles fighting because the events primarily happen after the battle and Elliot plays the ghost of Achilles, you crack dusted pop tart

Luke in the Disney continuity: a failure who lives alone on a deserted island after attempting to murder his nephew because of a bad dream. And he ends up ODing on the force because apparently force-based long distance communication can kill you now.
