@kangminlee It’s not just about the offense. It’s about the defendants ability to pay it, the flight risk, potential risk to public safety, and most importantly THE DEFENDANTS CRIMINAL HISTORY (of which there is much).

Chud's bail is $1,250,000 bond for defending himself against a black man who attacked him (he's still alive) Karmelo Anthony's bail was $250,000 after stabbing and murdering Austin Metcalf unprovoked. America has a two-tiered justice system.

Point is, this is very much going to set a precedent on incitement of violence and may shift the liability to Chudder Bob as it was a premeditated action to illicit a violent response.

If the story is he was attacked, and he defended himself after getting beat on by shooting the perp. Then these charges are bogus. We need a news conference and them explain it. They won't though, because he's not black. If he were black it'd be the opposite going on. In fact, they might be doing this just to stop any rioting.

You don’t have to agree with what ChudTheBuilder does but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t defend him. We are in a time and place where we have to stand behind each other no matter what, or else we lose.
